My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast area doubling as a part of the room until midnight was a delightful surprise with amazing coffee, cakes, meats, cheeses, and fruits. The room, especially Room 308 with its quaint terrace and details, offered a fantastic view of the Santa Croce Basilica. The air conditioning was efficient, and having a kettle for tea was a nice touch. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced and could be improved.
