Staying at this hotel was like being in a small palace with lovely rooms, including efficient air conditioning and a kettle for tea. The romantic breakfast room was fantastic, but the service varied depending on attire. The location was excellent, just off the tourist trail yet close to all major sights. The dining experience offered delicious options but with limited variety.
My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast area doubling as a part of the room until midnight was a delightful surprise with amazing coffee, cakes, meats, cheeses, and fruits. The room, especially Room 308 with its quaint terrace and details, offered a fantastic view of the Santa Croce Basilica. The air conditioning was efficient, and having a kettle for tea was a nice touch. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced and could be improved.
Staying at this hotel felt like a step back in time with its extravagant 18th-century style décor. The rooms are huge and artistically decorated but lack sound insulation due to the house's conversion. The view of the old Cathedral is truly breathtaking, and the cleanliness is top-notch.
